What is Faith?

What is Faith?

The definition of faith (or faith defined) is often referred to in Hebrews, Chapter 11, verse 1 as this...

"Now FAITH is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen."

The Amplified version, states that, "FAITH is the assurance, the confirmation, the title deed of the things we hope for, being the proof of things (we) do not see..."

So in other words, FAITH brings to substance the things we are hoping for, making that thing we're hoping for (and can't see) evident...so that we can see it. (I hope I didn't lose you there...)

FAITH brings what we're hoping for into manifestation, so that the thing we can't see, becomes seen.

In order to see the promises of God made manifested in our lives, it's going to require FAITH.

FAITH is like a vehicle, we extend our FAITH, apply our FAITH to what we can't see, but believe in our heart, according to the Word of God that it shall come to pass, and FAITH applied will bring what we couldn't see (in the natural) to pass in our lives.

FAITH is like a vehicle, it helps to transport, it helps to bring to pass the thing that we are hoping and believing God for...

FAITH is absolutely essential in the life of the Believer...It is the way of LIFE!

For the "..Just shall live by FAITH.."(Hebrews 10:38) I encourage you to continue to feed your faith, for without it, it is impossible to please God. (Hebrews 11:6)
